The Island

Hong Kong Island has 48km of walkable coastline. I followed these trails, circumnavigating the entire island, documenting the land and seascapes I encountered along the way. The resulting photographs will take you on a journey through the liminal and often transient spaces that lie between the habitable and uninhabitable, between nature, industry and human life, defining the line between accessible and inaccessible.
